Delivery times:
Normally the product will be shipped within 3 working days of receipt of the order.
At the time of shipment, however, you will be notified by an email. If you choose an product that is currently unavailable, we will contact you immediately to arrange shipping times.

Conditions of guarantee to the consumer.
Your purchases on our site, like all remote purchases made by telephone or correspondence, since they take place outside of business premises, are subject to Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999 that provides the possibility for the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Who is the right of withdrawal applicable?
To natural persons ( consumers ) who act for purposes that can be considered as extraneous to their commercial activity. Purchases made by retailers and companies are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

What is it about?
The consumers has the right, within a period of 14 working days from receipt of the products, to exercise the RIGHT OF RECESSED. This right consists of the right to return the products purchased to the seller and the consequent refund of the purchase price.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal?
First of all, the following data should be available:

Original invoice (indicating the order number, the invoice number and the customer id );

In case of partial widthdrawal, use the articles id;
Bank details on which to obtain the transfer ( code ABI - CAB - Current account of the invoice holder).*
* In the event that the invoice holder who is the object of the withdrawal does not have his own bank details, he can provide those of a family member or acquaintance by explicity mentioning permission to PC & Informatica srl to credit the amount to these bank details by fax.
You must then contact Customer Service to obtain your return authorization. Send also by fax, to 0734 673065, a written and signed declaration of the willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal summarizing all the data indicated above and requested (including also the possible authorization to credit the amount on bank account in the name of third parties).

How do I ship back?
After we have obtained our authorization to return (via Email you will receive an Authorization number), package the materials carefully so as to safeguard the original packaging of the products from any damage, written or affixing labels. Place the return authorization number on the packages sent, in a visible position. Send the products at yout own expense to the following address:

How long is the return transfer made?
In the shortest possible time and in any case within 30 working days from receipt of the products, the PC & Informatica srl, will credit to the customer the amount paid on invoice, excluding shipping costs (art. 5, paragraph 6, legislative decree no.185 of 22/05/1999).
